Officer -Customer Care
Job Description
Manage large amounts of inbound & outbound phone calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide a Technical solution to the client.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Assist the client to access the necessary software.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Educational Requirement
Bachelor degree in any discipline

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone
Freshers are also encouraged to apply
Additional Requirements
Adequate knowledge in Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point and Internet.
Fluent in English and Bangla.
Good communication skills.
